Here you will find over 50 oils, vinegars and sauces, most in 250 ml bottles: extra virgin olive oil and olive oil flavoured with basil, garlic, lemon, chili, wild garlic or truffle, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, balsamic aged 3, 6 and 12 years, balsamic crema with fig or lemon, and flavoured vinegars with raspberry, pomegranate, citrus or Marc de Champagne.

The category also holds BBQ sauce, ketchup made from San Marzano tomatoes, marinades and coffee syrup. Most products are sold under both The Spice Tree and SAGA Gourmet, so the range works equally well in the restaurant kitchen, on the deli shelf and in a gift basket.
