The Spice Tree is a brand of Kryddlagret Sverige AB — a wholesaler of spices, tea, salt and delicatessen products since 1982.
Our range
Through our brand The Spice Tree, we offer spices, tea, seasonings and carefully selected delicacies for both professional kitchens and discerning consumers. The raw materials come from different parts of the world and are processed with a strong focus on flavour, quality and consistency — products meant to be enjoyed by our customers year after year.
Our history
The company was founded in 1982 by Bo and Ann-Marie Nilsson and has, from the very beginning, developed its own spice and tea blends with entirely unique recipes. Today the range comprises over 400 spice-blend recipes and over 500 tea blends, created with great care and experience.
In 2002, the business was taken over by Stefan Eriksson, who together with his partner Lindha rapidly developed it further. After a period of illness, Stefan had to scale back his involvement, and Lindha then ran the business on her own.
In autumn 2025, the business was acquired by Sixten Henriksson, with the ambition of developing the company further through new initiatives and long-term growth. The recipes and the high quality remain — that is the foundation of everything we do.
