Jam, chutney and mustard for the deli shelf

Around 40 jams, chutneys, confits and mustards. Jam made with blackberry, blueberry, gooseberry, fig, rhubarb and green tomato, and flavoured jams such as pear & vanilla, strawberry & champagne, peach & prosecco and fruity gin & tonic. Chutney with caramelised red onion or tomato & beer, and confit with caramel & fleur de sel or orange & whiskey.

Mustard comes as classic, Dijon, Dijon & honey, chili & pepper and shallots & chervil. The range suits the cheese board, the breakfast buffet and the deli shelf, and most products are sold under both The Spice Tree and SAGA Gourmet.
