Spice Mix, Mulled Wine 175 ml

Ingredients: Cinnamon, bitter orange, cloves, cardamom.

Place 25 grams of the mulled wine spice in a small jar and pour over 100 ml of vodka. Leave it to infuse for a day and then strain it through a coffee filter. Then pour a bottle of red wine into a saucepan and add the spiced spirit. Heat the whole mixture through, but it must not boil, then add 100-150 g of sugar according to taste.
