Saga Mulled Wine Spice Mix 80 g

Ingredients: Cinnamon, bitter orange peel, cloves, cardamom.

For mulled wine: 25 g glögg spice mix, 100 ml vodka, 1 bottle of red wine, 100 g sugar, 50 g chopped almonds, 50 g raisin & almond mix.

Put the spices in a small jar and pour the vodka over them. Leave to infuse for at least one day, then strain through a coffee filter. Pour a bottle of red wine into a pan and add the spiced vodka. Heat it through without letting it boil, then add sugar, almonds and raisins to taste.
